Notice of Amendments to the USCIT Rules effective August 13, 2025

On August 13, 2025, a certain technical amendment was made to the Judges page that will become effective immediately.
When viewed on the USCIT Website, deleted language appears with strikeovers.
Notice of the amendment was transmitted to various sources for publication. If you have obtained a hard copy of the Rules from a commercial publisher, you may wish to contact that publisher to determine when it will make the amendment available.
A copy of the amendment is available for review at the Court's website: www.cit.uscourts.gov.
