Dechert Advises Court Square Capital Partners on Acquisition of CallTower

Dechert recently advised Court Square Capital Partners, a leading U.S. private equity firm, on the acquisition of CallTower, a global leader in enterprise-class cloud communications and collaboration solutions. Court Square acquired the company from BV Investment Partners, which acquired a majority stake in 2023.

This transaction closed on April 1, the same day Court Square's sale of Kodiak Building Partners to QXO, Inc. closed for US$2.25 billion. Dechert advised Court Square and Kodiak on the sale.
