CanAm’s EB-5 Investment in Philadelphia: The Bellwether District Story

CanAm has been part of Philadelphia's story for decades. From helping fund the expansion of the Philadelphia Convention Center at a moment when traditional financing fell short, to raising EB-5 capital for the Bellwether District, a 1,300-acre development rising from one of the city's most contaminated sites, the through line has always been the same: capital that creates something lasting.

The Bellwether District is expected to generate 19,000 jobs and over $100 million in tax revenue for Philadelphia over the next decade. It is also home to TerraPower Isotopes, a facility that will produce a rare medical isotope with the potential to change how cancer is treated.
