Honigman represented GSC Technologies Inc. ("GSC"), a portfolio company of Speyside Equity and leading manufacturer of plastic goods focused on environmentally aware plastic solutions, in its acquisition of F&M Tool & Plastic, Inc. ("F&M"), a plastic injection molding company. This strategic acquisition supports GSC's growth strategy, creating synergies that will enhance its ability to meet a broader range of customer needs.
