Please review the proposed amendments to section 4.2 of the Chapter 13 Plan. These limited changes are intended to correct an error in the recently amended plan effective January 15, 2026. A clean, non-redlined version is available upon request.
Comments on the proposed amendments may be submitted to the Clerk of Court ([email protected]) by April 7, 2026.
