KazTransOil JSC is taking systematic measures to introduce artificial intelligence into the company's activities

Pursuant to the Message of the Head of State «Kazakhstan in the era of artificial intelligence: current challenges and their solutions through digital transformation», KazTransOil JSC held a working meeting on the development and implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) in the activities of the company, its subsidiaries and jointly controlled organizations.

The meeting presented a report on the work done by the Center for Research and Development branch, reviewed the Roadmap for the introduction of AI into the activities of KazTransOil JSC, which is a step-by-step plan for the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies, taking into account the specifics of the company's activities.

During the meeting, responsible persons were identified, as well as the composition of focus and expert groups who will develop a unified concept for the development and implementation of AI in KazTransOil JSC, its subsidiaries and jointly controlled organizations. In addition, the focus group's tasks will include the preparation of a detailed action plan and the execution of a number of specific instructions for the implementation of initiatives in the field of AI.

Arman Kassenov, the CEO (Chairman of the Management Board) of KazTransOil JSC, stressed at the meeting that oil pipeline transport is a favorable environment for the introduction of digital IT solutions, including AI technologies. At the same time, artificial intelligence is considered as an intelligent assistant and does not pose a threat to human potential.

KazTransOil JSC continues to move towards digital transformation in accordance with modern technological challenges and strives to increase its competitiveness through innovative solutions.
