习近平向拉美和加勒比国家共同体第十届峰会致贺电（2026-03-22）

2026年3月21日，拉美和加勒比国家共同体第十届峰会在轮值主席国哥伦比亚举行，国家主席习近平向峰会致贺电。

习近平指出，拉美和加勒比国家共同体成立以来，致力于促进拉美和加勒比地区和平稳定和发展繁荣，为全球南方团结合作、共同发展注入新动力。去年5月，中国－拉共体论坛第四届部长级会议在北京成功举行，我出席开幕式并宣布中拉携手启动团结、发展、文明、和平、民心五大工程，得到拉方积极响应。一年来，中拉双方密切协作，推动五大工程不断走深走实，给双方人民带来实实在在的福祉。

习近平强调，中国将始终做拉美和加勒比国家的好朋友、好伙伴，支持拉美和加勒比国家维护自身主权、安全、发展利益，愿同拉方携手捍卫国际公平正义，共同书写共建中拉命运共同体新篇章。
