Hrvatski Telekom creates Magenta AI virtual assistant, marking a new era of artificial intelligence accessible to everyone

Hrvatski Telekom has introduced Magenta AI, a smart virtual assistant built into the Moj Telekom app. Magenta AI was developed in cooperation with Perplexity AI to provide users with fast, intelligent, and relevant answers to all types of inquiries. Whether it's solving a math problem, finding a recipe, or searching for specific information, Magenta AI delivers accurate answers. With Magenta AI, everyone can now, without the need for an additional app, registration, or subscription, write a better email, generate a video summary, get a quick translation, find a weekend trip idea, and much more.

All users of the Moj Telekom app already have Magenta AI available in the main navigation at no extra charge. Those who do not have it can download the Moj Telekom app free of charge from Google Play or the App store, regardless of whether they are users of Hrvatski Telekom.

With the introduction of the Magenta AI virtual assistant, Hrvatski Telekom is transforming the experience of using artificial intelligence tools, making them more accessible and easier to use for the whole of society.

The integration of Magenta AI is a step towards a more intuitive digital experience. By embedding intelligent assistance into its core application, HT reduces user effort and introduces scalable foundations for future innovations. Magenta AI will undergo continuous improvement, and the first details of upcoming features to be available within Magenta AI are already known. These involve images and sound, as well as new relevant partners such as Picsart. Users who wish can also add the Magenta AI widget to their device's screen for quick access with just one click.

Alongside Magenta AI, Perplexity PRO licenses have again become available to Moj Telekom app users within HT's Magenta Moments rewards program starting from September 15. Anyone who wants can exchange 3000 hearts to get a code for a year of free access to the Pro version of the tool, which has a commercial value of over 200 euros. This positions the Moj Telekom app as a central place where users can find smart tools and have virtual assistants that help them with everyday business or life tasks.
