Temporary Road Closure and Night Work Notification – 703 3rd St – Lincoln Ave Closure – 6/1-6/5 and 6/8-6/9

Descor Builders, the contractor for a private development project, will be closing Lincoln Ave at 703 3rd St to perform utility work in their joint trench. The closure will happen at night between 10pm-6am beginning Monday, 6/1, through Friday, 6/5, and Monday, 6/8, through Tuesday, 6/9. The night-time road closure will occur for a total of 7 working days. They have an approved encroachment permit EP-25-201, and affected properties have also been notified.
