DCCM Announces Richard Malone, PLA, ASLA, as Director, Landscape Architecture, NE Florida

DCCM is proud to announce the promotion of Richard Malone, PLA, ASLA, to Director, Landscape Architecture, NE Florida. This promotion reflects DCCM's continued commitment to developing strong leaders within the organization and supporting the growth and success of its landscape architecture practice.

In his new role, Richard will provide leadership and strategic direction for landscape architecture efforts in Northeast Florida, helping guide project delivery, design quality, and practice growth. He will continue to bring a thoughtful approach to design while supporting efficient workflows, strong quality standards, and exceptional service for DCCM's clients.

As a Registered Landscape Architect with extensive project management experience, Richard has led the design and implementation of a diverse range of landscape architecture projects, from small-scale enhancements to large construction efforts. His experience includes guiding project strategy, conducting QA/QC reviews, and helping ensure design intent is carried through each phase of a project.

Richard also brings a strong commitment to mentorship and education. He has taught landscape and horticultural courses and coached award-winning teams at state and national competitions. His ability to pair technical expertise with creativity and mentorship continues to strengthen the quality of DCCM's landscape architecture practice.
