Investigation Launched on some undertakings operating in the cosmetics, personal care and food supplement sectors.

As a result of the preliminary inquiry conducted into the allegations that the economic unity comprised of Cosmox Kozmetik San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. ile Vitaceel Kozmetik Gıda İth. İhr. San. ve Tic. AŞ, The Ceel Kozmetik İç ve Dış Ticaret AŞ and Ceel Kozmetik ve Gıda AŞ violated Article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition, the evidence gathered was found to be significant and sufficient, and the decisions no 25-22/523-M(1) and 25-22/523-M(2) were taken in the Competition Board meeting of 12.06.2025 to launch an investigation on the undertakings concerned.
