The City of Fairfield is inviting residents, business owners, and community members to a Downtown Town Hall Meeting on Monday, November 17, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. in the City Council Chambers at 1000 Webster Street.
Hosted by the City in partnership with New City America, this meeting will focus on the proposed Property-Based Improvement District (PBID)-a local funding effort that could help maintain, beautify, and enhance Fairfield's growing downtown area.
Attendees will hear about recent downtown improvements, learn how the PBID could support continued maintenance and future projects, and have the chance to share their ideas about what they'd like to see next for Downtown Fairfield. The conversation will help shape the city's approach to creating a more vibrant, welcoming, and economically strong downtown for everyone.
Community voices are an important part of this process, and the City encourages anyone who lives, works, or owns property downtown to take part. For those who can't attend in person, the meeting will be streamed live at fairfield.ca.gov/live and YouTube.com/ffcatv.
Join the conversation and help shape the future of Downtown Fairfield.
