The City of Concord Electric Systems launched a customer satisfaction survey to gain customer feedback and insights on the utility's services and communications. The results will help inform future planning as Concord Electric Systems continues its mission to provide consistent, reliable power and exceptional service to customers.
"As a public power community, our customers are our priority. This survey will help us understand what matters most to them so we can ensure our services and programs are meeting their needs and expectations," said Alex Burris, Electric Systems Director.
The anonymous survey is open to Concord Electric Systems customers only. The deadline to complete the survey is April 14, 2026.
Concord Electric Systems customers can take the survey by scanning the QR code found on their March utility bill insert, or by visiting https://concordnc.gov/ElectricSurvey. By completing the survey, participants will have a chance to win a $100 Amazon eGift Card.
The survey is being conducted in partnership with ElectriCities of North Carolina and is administered by The Harris Poll, an independent market research firm.
As required by the Code of Ethics of the National Council on Public Polls and the United States Privacy Act of 1974, The Harris Poll maintains the anonymity of survey respondents. No information will be released that might, in any way, reveal the identity of the respondent to the City of Concord.
Concord Electric Systems has been powering homes and businesses for more than 120 years. They serve over 34,000 customers and are nationally recognized for their safety and reliability. Concord Electric Systems was one of just 52 electric utilities nationwide to earn the prestigious Reliable Public Power (RP3) designation from the American Public Power Association in 2025.
