As part of Dubai Fashion Week's flagship thought-leadership platform, Threads Talks V4.0-held in partnership with Meta, the Arab Fashion Council, and Dubai Design District (d3)-Thomas Khoury, Managing Director of Condé Nast Middle East, and Amine Jreissati, Head of Editorial Content at GQ Middle East, participated in two sessions that drew an audience of 300 guests at the event's main venue.
In the panel The Future of Fashion in Dubai - Innovation, Culture and Global Relevance, moderated by Amina Taher, Chief Marketing Officer at Wio Bank, Thomas Khoury joined Khadija Al Bastaki, Senior Vice President of Dubai Design District (d3), and Moon Baz, Director of Global Partnerships at Meta Africa, Middle East and Turkey, to explore how innovation, cultural exchange, investment, and media are shaping Dubai's emergence as a global fashion capital.
Amine Jreissati contributed to a conversation with Joana Jamil, Strategic Global Partnership Manager at Meta, in a session titled Who Gets Recognition?, which examined visibility in fashion and lifestyle, the importance of amplifying diverse and regional voices, and how GQ Middle East continues to shape narratives that define influence in men's fashion and culture.
