Ipsos Public Affairs LLC, of Norwalk, Connecticut is awarded modification number P00008 to firm-fixed-price task order HT001123F0033 under contract GS-00F-123DA for a 12-month period of performance to support the TRICARE Patient Experience Survey effort. This modification increases the basic order by $10,120,487. This modification provides for the exercise of an option to provide for Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) surveys for the Defense Health Agency of: (a) the recently discharged adult and child inpatient population; (b) the CAHPS Clinician and Group Survey; and (c) the CAHPS Outpatient and Ambulatory Surgery Survey. Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace, Kongsberg, Norway, is awarded a $80,163,321 firm-fixed-price modification to the previously awarded contract action (M67854-25-C-2023) for Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) medium caliber cannon Protector remote turret 20, hereafter referred to as the "turret." The total value of the contract if all options are exercised is $282,820,227. This contract modification provides for the exercise of the options for the procurement of 52 full rate production turrets for the ACV medium caliber cannon (ACV-30) vehicle, associated production costs, fielding and support costs, support & test equipment, and spares. General Dynamics Electric Boat Corp., Groton, Connecticut, was awarded a $20,876,043 modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (N00024-20-C-2114) for reactor plant planning yard support for nuclear-powered submarines and support yard for the Navy's moored training ships. This modification includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this modification to $111,299,417. Work will be performed in Groton, Connecticut (90%); and Charleston, South Carolina (10%). Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $13,500,000 (65%); and fiscal 2026 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $7,376,043 (35%), were obligated at time of award, of which $13,500,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
