Cahill today announced that Sneha Jha has joined the firm's New York office as a partner in our growing Private Credit Group.

She joins from Golub Capital, where she structured and negotiated private credit transactions including LBOs, cross border deals, refinancings, and restructurings.

Overall, Sneha has more than fifteen years of experience representing predominately lenders in complex financing transactions including private credit, syndicated leveraged finance, restructuring, and project finance. She began her career as an associate in the banking practice of a leading global firm, where she worked on some of the first private credit deals.
