Valdosta Fire Department Reports Apparatus Incident

On January 1st, 2026 around 8:25 AM while responding to the report of a possible structure fire at a medical facility, one of our Engines was involved in a single vehicle incident near the intersection of Gornto Road and North Oak Street. Three firefighters were transported to SGMC Health for evaluation and treatment of minor injuries. Please keep the Valdosta Fire Department in your prayers.
