We are pleased to submit our annual joint strategic oversight plan describing independent oversight activities for Operation Atlantic Resolve and the U.S. Government's response to Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine. This plan fulfills the individual and collective independent oversight responsibilities of the Department of War, Department of State, and U.S. Agency for International Development Inspectors General under the IG Act of 1978, as amended, and the National Defense Authorization Act of 2024.
