Quinton Wayne Hogan Hogan has multiple active arrest warrants and is responsible for mail and identity theft in Houston, Richmond, and Katy, Texas from August to December 2024. Hogan was seen driving a white 2017 Audi A6 with Texas tag VKD-7916, but is switching tags to evade law enforcement.
