Alexandria, Va. - The American Bankruptcy Institute's (ABI) 2026 Central States Bankruptcy Workshop , being held June 4-6 at the Grand Geneva Resort and Spa in Lake Geneva, Wis., includes specially designed business, consumer and "best practices" tracks led by a faculty of esteemed regional judges and experienced colleagues. A special lunch-and-learn plenary session will feature experts examining key issues arising in chapter 13 cases involving valuation disputes and the application of the automatic stay under Section 362.
