ATAC Awarded Fleet Fighter Jet Services Contract for Up to $555M in Air Services Over Five Years for U.S. Navy and Marine Corps

New Port News, VA - Sept., 16, 2025 - Airborne Tactical Advantage Company (ATAC), part of the Textron Systems segment of Textron Inc. (NYSE:TXT), announced today that it was awarded a contract from the U.S. Navy to continue to provide the U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps with training support services under the Fleet Fighter Jet Services (FJS) program. This latest award builds on ATAC's 20 years of success supporting the U.S. Navy with high subsonic and supersonic aircraft flying a variety of airborne threat simulations.

Under the indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract, ATAC may provide approximately 6500-7000 flight hours per year of fleet support to the Navy and Marine Corps over five years (2025-2030), up to a contract ceiling of $554.5 million. The training will be provided by ATAC's flight team, which consists of highly decorated U.S. military veterans and seasoned civilians, leveraging ATAC's best-of-breed fleet of Mirage F1, F-21 Kfir, and Mk.58 Hawker Hunter fighter aircraft.

The Navy FJS contract has been the core of ATAC's business for over two decades. Responsiveness to customer demand has been the key to success on this contract. In 2024, under the current contract, ATAC executed another record year in support of FJS end-user customers, including 82 deployments to over 16 detachment locations, 3189 man-days deployed, a record number of Hunter Sorties/Hours and a record number of supersonic hours by our Kfir and F1 aircraft.
