In 2024, Altair launched Ali, our AI-powered virtual assistant for relocating employees. Ali is available to users in our STAR customer portal and can help answer questions regarding their relocation policy and benefits.

Our team developed Ali as a tool to enhance the customer experience, allowing Altair's Relocation Consultants to focus more on providing strategic, high-touch support. Consultants can also monitor these chats to jump in and offer more expertise when necessary.

In its initial rollout phase, Ali answered more than 3,000 questions, with more questions being answered every day as Ali is used around the clock, giving users that true 24/7 support. Since its launch, 43% of users have returned to ask additional questions in multiple dialects, as Ali can also chat in 95 languages!

AI is not a replacement for people and never will be. But when implemented thoughtfully, it's a powerful tool that can enhance global mobility experiences, drive efficiency, and add value across the corporate relocation journey.
