Somaliland Police Mobile Training Unit participates in training on human rights and use of force

Field office Somaliland organized a human rights and use of force training for the Somaliland Police Mobile Training Unit, reinforcing the knowledge and skills gained during their practical training in November 2025.

The training aimed to enhance participants' understanding of human rights law and the rules and principles regarding use of force, ensuring that all members of the Mobile Training Unit are equipped with the knowledge needed to perform their duties professionally and responsibly.

As trainers, the Mobile Training Unit members will further share this knowledge with other police officers across Somaliland, helping to strengthen human rights awareness and best practices throughout the police service.
