The project scope includes paving, guardrail improvements, transportation management system enhancements, drainage upgrades, and Americans with Disabilities Act-compliant curb ramps. The project will bring operational improvements and promote economic vitality in the region. The project is funded by the State's Highway Operation and Protection Plan (SHOPP), a "fix-it-first" program that funds California highway repair and preservation. All work is weather dependent.
