Your safety is our top priority, and we want to ensure you have the necessary information and resources. Spirit will remain operational tonight and tomorrow. Due to winter weather conditions, we are encouraging our teammates to use extra precaution in traveling to work for third shift tonight and first and second shifts tomorrow. If you cannot come to work due to the dangerous weather conditions, your absence will be excused. Your well-being comes first.

Teammates who cannot make it in safely should notify their manager. Teammates who can work from home, are encouraged to work from home tomorrow.
