Notice of Application for an Installment Loan License for Axcess Financial Services, Inc.

Notice is hereby given that Axcess Financial Services, Inc., 7755 Montgomery Road, Suite 500, Cincinnati, Ohio (NMLS No. 1915405) has filed an application with the Department of Banking and Finance, State of Nebraska, for an Installment Loan License in compliance with the provisions of the Nebraska Installment Loan Act. Axcess Financial Services, Inc. intends to operate installment loan servicing business activities in Nebraska under the Installment Loan Act.

Objections to the application must be filed with the Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance, 1526 K Street, Suite 300, PO Box 95006, Lincoln, Nebraska, 68509, within fifteen days after the date of publication scheduled for January 22, 2025. If substantive objections to the application are filed, the application will be scheduled for hearing.
