Loxley Public Company Limited, together with its two subsidiaries - Loxley Property Development Company Limited and Loxbit Public Company Limited - has been certified and registered for the Carbon Footprint for Organization (CFO) for the 2024 reporting year by the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization) (TGO), the national authority responsible for promoting and overseeing the assessment of greenhouse gas emissions of organizations in Thailand.
In 2024, Loxley Public Company Limited, Loxley Property Development Company Limited, and Loxbit Public Company Limited reported greenhouse gas emissions under Scope 1 and Scope 2 of 1,855 tCO2e, 598 tCO2e, and 92 tCO2e, respectively. These figures have been designated as the base year for tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of the Company's greenhouse gas reduction initiatives.
Furthermore, Loxley is preparing to expand its reporting scope to cover all categories under Scope 3, in alignment with upcoming sustainability disclosure requirements under IFRS standards. The Company also aims to strengthen its sustainability network by encouraging and supporting its subsidiaries to further report and manage their greenhouse gas emissions in the coming years.
The certification reflects the Group's strong commitment to managing greenhouse gas emissions across its business operations, as part of its sustainable business strategy. It also represents the Group's contribution toward supporting Thailand's target of a 20% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by 2030 under the Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) framework, reinforcing its commitment to driving the transition toward a low-carbon economy and long-term sustainable growth.
