Greenberg Traurig Restructuring & Special Situations Practice Wins Multiple Turnaround Atlas Awards

  • "Energy & Utilities Restructuring of the Year" recognition goes to Rokstad Holdings' sale of U.S. assets to Stellex Capital and Canadian assets to Graham Power. The firm's representation of Stellex Capital included complex cross-border insolvency proceedings, and multiple acquisitions and carveout transactions. This restructuring was led by Pinkas in New York, and included Shareholder Nathan A. Haynes in New York, Shareholder Nicholas Kypriotakis in Tampa, Shareholder Noam Lipshitz in Fort Lauderdale, Associate T. Charlie Liu in Boston, and Associates Hannah Levine and John "Jack" Capper in Fort Lauderdale.
