Cozen O'Connor represented Stephanie Gottlieb and her fine jewelry brand in negotiating an agreement with its distributor, Sofer Jewelry, for the launch of an 85-piece collection featuring 14-karat gold and lab-grown diamonds. The collection will be available exclusively to retailers.
The agreement marks the first time Stephanie Gottlieb is bringing her jewelry brand to the wholesale market with a lab-grown diamond collection, following 13 years of operating under a direct-to-consumer model.
The Cozen O'Connor team was led by David Sunshine and Ashley Kessler.
