The Bankruptcy Section of the Atlanta Bar Association and The W. Homer Drake, Jr. Georgia Bankruptcy American Inn of Court are sponsoring a webinar titled "Dealing with Student Loan Debt in Bankruptcy Cases" on Wednesday, November 4, 2026 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The webinar features a panel discussion with panelists Mr. Jonathan Adams, Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia, Mr. Nathan Juster, Law Clerk to the Honorable Victoria Calvert, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and the Honorable Sage Sigler, U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge, Northern District of Georgia.
Additionally, Igor Roitburg, Senior Managing Director, Stretto, will present the topic "A New Era for Student Loans in Bankruptcy: New Rules, Real Solutions."
The webinar is free to attend and attorneys will be eligible to receive 2 hours of CLE credit at no cost.
