Kirkland Advises Lone Star Funds on Agreement to Acquire the Capsules & Health Ingredients Division of Lonza Group
Kirkland & Ellis is advising Lone Star Funds on its definitive agreement to acquire the Capsules & Health Ingredients division of Lonza Group AG, a global leader in capsule design, manufacturing and encapsulation technology. As part of the transaction, Lonza will retain a 40% equity position in the business. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and approvals.
