S&C Advises Tishman Speyer in $2.85 Billion Refinancing of The Spiral

Tishman Speyer refinanced The Spiral with a $2.85 billion single asset single borrower commercial mortgage-backed securities loan, originated by J.P. Morgan, Bank of America, Goldman Sachs and Wells Fargo as co-lenders.

Tishman Speyer and its managed affiliates own The Spiral, a 1,031-foot-tall, 66-story newly constructed Class A office tower located in Hudson Yards, comprising 2.8 million square feet and designed by architectural firm Bjarke Ingels Group.

The S&C team that advised Tishman Speyer included Ral Turbeville, Danielle Schulweis, Elizabeth Mellgard, Noah Springer and Arman Smigielski. Isaac Wheeler, Michael Orchowski and Gregg Rader advised on tax matters.
