Office Closed to the Public on January 21, 2025

Due to inclement weather in the Austin area, the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) and Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board (TALCB) office will be closed to the public on Tuesday, January 21, 2025. Staff will be available via phone and email to assist you. You can also manage your license using the Online Services Portal 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
