Accounting Advisory Leader Joins to Expand New York Metro Market

BOSTON - Pavlo Ageyev has joined WilliamsMarston as Advisory Partner in the Firm's New York office, further deepening its accounting and reporting bench as it continues to scale nationally. Ageyev brings nearly 20 years of accounting and advisory experience advising public and private companies on complex accounting, reporting, and internal controls matters across a broad range of industries.

Throughout his career, Ageyev has worked with clients spanning technology, life sciences, manufacturing and distribution, retail and consumer products, and media and advertising. He specializes in complex accounting and reporting matters, including revenue recognition, consolidation, stock-based compensation, business combinations, and other technical accounting issues.

In addition to his accounting advisory work, Ageyev has extensive experience in internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, helping organizations assess risk and strengthen control environments. Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, he was a Partner and New York Market Leader at Centri Business Consulting, accounting advisory firm. Earlier in his career, he served as an Audit Partner at BDO USA, where he was a member of the firm's Technology and Retail & Consumer Products industry groups. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from West Chester University, is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
