DevX Autonomy Awards Over $3.4 Million to Small Businesses

AUSTIN, Texas - Through the Army Applications Laboratory's DevX Autonomy, Marathon Targets Inc. and Hylio Inc. were awarded a combined total of over $3.4 million to field and advance their capabilities with government stakeholders.

The Capability Program Executive Mission Autonomy awarded Hylio Inc. with over $1.9 million for the ARES HYL-300, a scalable UAS Platform for Diverse DoW Mission Applications.

The U.S. Air Force Special Operations Command, 27th Special Operations Contracting Squadron awarded Marathon Targets Inc. with over $1.5 million for the Autonomous Robotic Training System Services for sUAS Selection & Training Lethality.

DevX Autonomy is a streamlined platform that accelerates how the government discovers, assesses, and awards innovative technologies for autonomy and unmanned systems. The platform is a repository for vendor pitch videos that have undergone assessment to meet Government requirements and are considered award ready.

As of September 2026, there are over 90 solutions from industry partners available for government stakeholders to select. This offers vendors the ability to reach multiple government stakeholders across different programs and organizations. Rather than responding to multiple individual solicitations, a single submission lives as an enduring capabilities statement - searchable by decision-makers across the government.
