Mascots on Main: Clash and Chancellor Leavitt drop into alumni-founded Fifth Ward Brewing Co.

Chancellor Andrew Leavitt and UW-Oshkosh mascot Clash the Titan recently embarked on the Universities of Wisconsin's #MascotsOnMaintour, visiting Fifth Ward Brewing Co.

Their mission: to celebrate the entrepreneurial achievements of UWO alumni and reinforce the strong ties between the university and its community.

Fifth Ward was founded by alumnus Ian Wegner and Zach Clark. The duo met at UWO in the 2010s and quickly brewed their passion for craft beer into a full-fledged business. Along the way, they got support from the Small Business Development Center and Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at UWO.
