The University of West Florida Dr. Grier Williams School of Music will present the UWF Runge Strings in concert. The performance will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 18, at 7:30 p.m. in the Rolfs Music Hall at the Center for Fine and Performing Arts on the UWF Pensacola campus.
In their first concert of the season, the UWF Runge Strings will perform Vivaldi's "Summer" from Le Quattro Stagioni (The Four Seasons) featuring Dr. Leonid Yanovskiy as the violin soloist, joined by Dr. Hedi Salanki on the harpsichord. The program will also include Max Reger's "Lyrisches Andante," Mozart's "Divertimento in D major, K. 136," "Two Elegiac Melodies" by Grieg and Mendelssohn's "E Minor Symphony."
