Livingston County Route V closed for an emergency culvert replacement
St. Joseph, Mo. - Crews from the Missouri Department of Transportation have closed Livingston County Route V from County Road 232 to County Road 230 today, March 4, for an emergency culvert replacement.
Traffic Impacts: Route V will be closed from County Road 232 to County Road 230, today, March 4 until 4 p.m. Motorists will need to find an alternate route during the closure.
