The European Commission has launched a call for tenders to establish a peer-learning scheme for decision-makers at local and regional level, focusing on high-quality architecture and the built environment.
The action will support cities and regions in applying architectural quality principles in practice, bringing together decision-makers working in architecture, the built environment, culture and heritage, spatial planning, and sustainable development. Closely linked to the New European Bauhaus, the scheme will explore how these principles can be implemented in real-life contexts. The call has an estimated total value of €800,000 and a contract duration of up to 36 months.
Submissions are open until 24 February 2026 at 16:00 (CET). Full details and tender documents are available on the EU Funding & Tenders Portal.
