ANCHORAGE, Alaska -FEMA's Alaska Call Center and SBA Disaster Loan Outreach Centers (DLOCs) will be temporarily closed on Monday, May 25, in observance of Memorial Day. The centers will resume normal operating hours Tuesday, May 26.
FEMA's Alaska Call Center's normal operating hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. They are available at 1-866-342-1699 to answer questions about a survivor's application and provide further guidance. A Yup'ik interpreter is available Thursdays from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.

SBA offers long-term, low interest disaster loans to homeowners, renters, private nonprofit organizations, and businesses of all sizes. SBA disaster loans have very favorable terms with fixed interest rates and automatic 12-month payment deferment with 0% interest for the first 12 months. For in person assistance, SBA has Disaster Loan Outreach Centers (DLOCS) open in Anchorage and Bethel.
