Notice of Holiday Closures and Limited Court Operations

The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Washington announces the following holiday schedule for its Spokane and Yakima offices, including the Clerk of Court's Office.
Court Offices Closed:
- Thursday, November 26, 2026 - Thanksgiving Day
- Friday, December 25, 2026 - Christmas Day
- Friday, January 1, 2027 - New Year's Day
Limited Court Operations:
- Friday, November 27, 2026
- Thursday, December 24, 2026
- Thursday, December 31, 2026
On days with limited operations, individuals wishing to submit in-person filings or payments may leave their materials in the designated drop boxes at the Court Security Officer stations located at the entrances to the Spokane and Yakima courthouses.
The Court's CM/ECF system will remain available for electronic filing throughout the holiday schedule. The Court encourages the use of electronic filing, electronic payment options, and mail or delivery services during periods of limited operations.
