The City of Kettering has switched to a new platform to send emergency alerts to residents and businesses, following last month's cyber-attack on the OnSolve CodeRED system. The City is now using CodeRED by Crisis24.
If you were ALREADY registered in the previous OnSolve CodeRED platform, you can access your account in the new system.
If you were NOT registered in the previous platform and you would like to receive emergency alerts via call or text, you can enroll in the new system.
- Enroll online or text KETTERINGOH to 24639 to receive the registration portal link.
- Enter information in all required fields.
- Confirm your account using the verification code.
- You will have the option to enter multiple contact methods.
- Remember to click Save once all information is entered.
