Chicago, IL: MAIL THEFT - Accomplice #1

The suspect is seen wearing a black Canada Goose puffer jacket and uses a large blue satchel to carry stolen mail. The suspect is described as a Black male in his early to mid-20s, medium complexion, thin build, aproximately 5'7" to 5'10" tall. The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a reward of up to $100,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect pictured above, who is an accomplice in multiple mail thefts from residential buildings throughout Chicago, IL since mid-January 2026.
