Myriam Frey Schär ist Kantonsratspräsidentin 2026
Der Kantonsrat erhält nächstes Jahr eine neue Präsidentin: Myriam Frey Schär (GRÜNE, Olten). Erster Vizepräsident wird Simon Bürki (SP, Biberist), zweiter Vizepräsident Edgar Kupper (Die Mitte, Laupersdorf).
Das Präsidium des Solothurner Kantonsrates ist nächstes Jahr neu zusammengesetzt: Kantonsratspräsidentin ist ab 1. Januar 2026 Myriam Frey Schär (GRÜNE, Olten). Sie wurde heute mit 94 von 98 möglichen Stimmen vom Kantonsrat ins Amt gewählt. Sie übernimmt die Nachfolge von Roberto Conti (SVP, Bettlach). Die 53-jährige Myriam Frey Schär politisiert seit 2019 im Parlament. In der letzten Legislatur war sie Mitglied der Umwelt-, Bau- und Wirtschaftskommission UMBAWIKO.
Als erster Vizepräsident hat der Kantonsrat Simon Bürki (SP, Biberist) gewählt - mit 78 von 98 Stimmen. Als zweiter Vizepräsident ist Edgar Kupper (Die Mitte, Laupersdorf) gewählt - mit 78 von 98 Stimmen.
