Response to the report on the terrorism acts in 2023

This is the government's response to The Terrorism Acts in 2023, a report by Jonathan Hall KC, the Independent Reviewer of Terrorism Legislation (IRTL).

The Independent Reviewer is responsible for monitoring the operation of UK counter-terrorism legislation to assess its fairness, effectiveness, and proportionality.
