Draft English Translation of AAOIFI Shariah Standards (1–61)

The General Secretariat of the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI) is pleased to share the draft English translation of all Shariah Standards issued by the AAOIFI Shariah Board.

Please note that the English translation provided at the link below is unofficial and has not been reviewed by the Shariah Board or its committees. The accompanying Arabic text is provided solely to facilitate the review process. Reference should always be made to the official version available on AAOIFI's website, or reliance placed on the latest printed official edition of the Shariah Standards published by AAOIFI.

The General Secretariat looks forward to receiving the views, comments, and suggestions of scholars, experts, and stakeholders across the Islamic finance industry regarding the English translation. Feedback may be submitted via email to [email protected], with the deadline for receiving comments set for 30 June 2026.
