The Board of Supervisors of Elections convened this morning at 9:00 AM, Friday, September 12, 2025, in Conference Room C at the Municipal Annex, 140 West Patrick Street, Frederick, MD 21701, to canvass remaining ballots. At 5:20 PM this afternoon, canvassing concluded for the day.

The final ballots will be counted on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, and the official election certification by the Board of Supervisors of Elections will follow. Final count and election certification is scheduled for Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 9:00 AM in Conference Room C at the Municipal Annex, 140 West Patrick Street, Frederick, MD 21701, and will be livestreamed on the City's YouTube Channel.

• Ballots by Mail: General Election ballots will arrive via USPS October 5 - 14, 2025.
• Early Voting: In-person early voting will be held October 24 & 25, 2025.
• Election Day: The General Election takes place Tuesday, November 4, 2025, from 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM at Trinity Recreation Center, 6040 New Design Rd, Frederick, MD 21703.
