It's hot out! As is normal for the summer as temperatures increase, so does electricity cost to the university. Electricity costs have increased this week with elevated pricing currently at $4 per kilowatt-hour, a new precedent as the highest price ever. With most buildings less occupied than normal, a few energy-saving tasks are being requested in an effort at reducing energy consumption and costs.
