The 'Broadband Basics' guide helps residents and businesses understand what broadband options are available in their area and how to get connected.
For those who cannot access a standard fixed-line connection or need a different solution, the 'Broadband Alternatives' guide outlines practical options to stay connected.
Meanwhile, the 'Getting the Most Out of Your Broadband' guide provides useful tips for making sure your current connection delivers the best performance possible.
In addition to the guides, the County Council provides two online tools.
The 'Mobile Coverage Checker' is an independent resource for gaining insights into mobile data coverage, while the 'Internet Speed Test' allows users to check their Internet speed in under 30 seconds, with minimal data usage.
