If you said yes to any of these, you might be the perfect fit to be a Synergy Group Leader!
Think of the Synergy Groups as UAA's version of workplace social media, a space on Microsoft Teams where employees connect over shared interests. As a group leader, your job is simple: help keep your group's channel active and fun! Share casual conversation starters, fun prompts, or photos.
There is no pressure to post every week or fill every silence, just be a friendly voice that starts conversations with those of similar interests.
Whether you're in Anchorage, at a community campus, or working remotely, you can be a leader. All we ask is that you bring your enthusiasm for one (or more!) of the group topics.
